Challenge
Potloc fights against the miserable state of the online survey experience and make sure to deliver pristine quality to our customers
Scope of work
I was part of the data quality team. We were organised in a squad of 6 people (4 engineers, 1 product manager and 1 designer).
Product had the responsibility to lead the discovery with the users and engineers; after that, to prioritise the backlog with the Tech Lead.
Our job was divided into 4 different areas:
Algorithms
Create and optimise the quantitative & qualitative data cleaning algorithm.
Back-office (UX)
Develop the back-office & design system with different Potloc teams.
Platform (CX)
Design clear data visualisations to show our clients the level of quality.
Survey (UX)
Improve (a lot) the respondent experience.

It involves using the right sources, providing a best-in-class respondent experience, and eliminating all forms of fraud.
Role
I was part of a squad of 6, working with one product manager, one tech lead and 4 engineers.
My role was to ease the work for everyone: assembling user needs with technical constraints to deliver high-fidelity mockups and divide the backlog in very small tasks to push a lot of iterations in the different areas of the product.
I was responsible of the discovery, making sure understand and realize all the ideas coming from both users and engineers.
We delivered 50+ features during 1.5 year and enhanced a lot the process of our internal teams.
