Potloc is working mainly for consulting and private equity firms. They recruit Potloc to measure consumer usage and attitudes, find optimal pricing strategies, run competitive analysis for market opportunity research and do product research or test messaging.

Role

I was part of a squad of 6, working with one product manager and 4 engineers.

I was responsible of the discovery with Inès, and tried to simplify all the ideas coming from both users and engineers. We delivered 50+ features during 1.5 year and enhance a lot the process of our internal teams.

My role was to ease the work for everyone, dividing the backlog in very small tasks for the developers and push a lot of iterations for the users.
