Role

This project happened during the COVID-19 crisis. A very stressfull time for the leisure business. We needed to rethink the CRM of Flying Blue and find another way to add value in our customers lives.

As a UX designer, I was responsible on the experience we wanted to provide to our end-user. In order to help the Romanian engeneering team, I created the different user-flows, sitemap, wireframes, mockups and specification to help them in the implementation.
