I haven't worked on the rebranding. It is the amazing work of our marketing team and 288.
My work was mainly to adapt the new brand and enhance the respondent experience.
Switch from the pink and blue to the black, red, and gold.
Use of web-safe fonts to optimise the loading of the survey.
Update the old logo with the new one and work on slight animations.
Start defining the iconography to avoid any bias to the research.
I optimized the landing pages, exit pages in order to ensure the compliance of our surveys and to enhance the respondent experience. In addition, I create very precise documentation and QA analysis to the scripting team to help them to implement the revamp of the questionnaire.
This was handle async, in two different time zones (Canada and Eastern Europe), with ease and a few back and forth between the teams.
