Cycloop is a safe place for bicycles. The objective of Ambroise, its founder, is to provide a useful service to Reims cyclists with the creation of a workshop in the city center.
Convinced that the bicycle is the solution to many urban problems, Ambroise created Cycloop, a repair and maintenance workshop for bicycles with the aim to democratising the use of bicycles.
Redesign Cyloop and create a timeless, simple, identifiable, accessible and easy-to-use urban brand.
Understand, identify and analyse the importance of each type of customer.
Define the Cycloop's colors, typography and logo to reflect its ambitions and its dynamics.
Digitalize the brand image and create an intuitive and easy-to-use customer journey.
As Cycloop has made a strong commitment to preserve earth and people, the workshop doesn't collect datas about its customers. In order to understand who they are, we had to analyze the typology of bikes repaired by the workshop.
Six categories came up and helped us to define the client of the brand : high-end bike, mid-range bike, vintage-bike, family cargo bike, company bike and miscellaneous bikes.
Cycloop has a mixed target audience with a focus on "the road". We have created a brand that is both human (people, warm, craft) and professional (reliable, clear, precise).
We are friendly with our customers, we also are accurate and professional.
Our website, our workshop is open to anyone, we have no preference for any type of bike.
The workshop is cosy. We know how to work on all kind of bikes.
We have created a website where our customers can easily find all the information they need : address, pricing, key info on the structure and the most important thing : book an appointment.
We have analyzed all the needs of Cycloop's customers, why they are calling for help and we worked to optimize a path that fits all of them. Here is the work we have done on Figjam with Ambroise, the founder of Cycloop.
While all the UX process was going on, we started to craft a beautiful website with a strong identity.

A light website, with few images, no videos, wich requires as little consumption as the business does.
I was in charge of helping Ambroise to understand who are the customers of Cycloop.
I worked with a visual designer and a developer to create the brand and the website. My work was about client & project management, analysis & strategy, user-flows, wireframes. I also gave a hand on branding and UI.
