Role

I arrived on this project after 8 months of user-research.

My first tasks were to help the Lead UX and a strategic planner to organize the vision workshop and the design sprint. I made benchmark, user journeys, information analysis and facilitated workshops with our clients. It was the first time I worked as a UX Designer and I learned a lot thanks to the seniors' experience and to the complexity of the problems we tried to solve.
